When should you take another freediving course?

When the next level will actually help you learn something you are ready to use.
Not because collecting certifications proves that you are becoming serious.
Courses can give you new theory, techniques, safety skills and progression. Coaching and structured training can help you apply them. Experience turns those skills into something reliable.
These things complement one another.
They are not interchangeable.
This becomes particularly important with advanced skills. An article or video may explain an advanced technique extremely well, but information does not automatically become execution.
There is a point where you need somebody capable of observing what is actually happening.
That is why direct feedback remains valuable far beyond the beginner stage.
