WHO IS THIS CAMP FOR?
For those taking their first steps in freediving
Our experienced instructors will guide you through your first dives and help you
fall in love with the underwater world.
For certified freedivers who want to reach the next level
During the camp, you can participate in an AIDA 2, AIDA 3, or AIDA 4 course and, upon
successfully meeting all course requirements, receive an internationally recognized certification.
For those seeking true depth.
World champion and world-record holder Nataliia Zharkova will share her experience,
training methods, and approach to deep freediving. In Tenerife, depths of up to 70 meters are accessible directly from shore.
For those who want to improve their technique
You will work on dive efficiency, learn advanced equalization techniques such as mouthfill,
practice no-fins diving, and receive personalized recommendations tailored to your goals.
RECOMMENDED MINIMUM LEVEL:
AIDA 2 pool or equivalent
For those taking their first freediving course, we strongly recommend completing pool training in advance.
We may be able to include pool sessions when necessary, but participants who arrive with prior pool training usually adapt to open-water depth sessions more quickly and comfortably. We would much rather have you explore the island’s natural landscapes than spend your time in its chlorinated swimming pools

We have intentionally allowed plenty of free time, so you can train while also discovering Tenerife, one of the world’s most remarkable volcanic islands.
In the afternoons and on rest days, we will explore the island together. We'll visit breathtaking locations, watch sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy traditional Canarian cuisine, and simply spend time in great company.
If you feel like spending some time alone, that's perfectly fine too. You can use this time to relax, take a walk, read a book, work, or simply enjoy the silence. We sincerely hope you'll leave work at home

ACCOMMODATION TIPS
The Atlantis Freediving Center is located in Tabaiba,
just 50 steps from the ocean:
We recommend searching Airbnb or Booking.com for accommodation
near the dive center. Here are a few options within walking distance:

Please note that the terrain is quite steep. Apartments farther uphill often offer
excellent views, but reaching them may require climbing several flights of stairs.
However, your main freediving equipment can be stored at the center,
making the walk considerably easier.
